Polysomnographic Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at Actalent. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will play a critical role in administering therapy and treatments, performing sleep apnea studies and scoring, and supporting Neurology with EEGs.
Key Responsibilities- Administer therapy and treatments, perform sleep apnea studies and scoring
- Support Neurology with EEGs, including periodic weekend call
- Document care and adhere to patient care protocols
- Perform EKG and other related tasks
- RPSGT certification
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
- Experience in sleep lab settings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Flexibility and willingness to cross-train to the neurology team
This is a fully on-site position in Liberty, Missouri, located at the main hospital. The department will have 4 full-time sleep techs and numerous PRN staff. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care.
