We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Plant Operator Technician to contribute to our operations at Wolf Run - Sentinel. This position is integral to maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency within the mining sector.
Location: Sentinel/Leer South Mining Complex
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute general labor tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Perform plant washdown and housekeeping duties, gaining familiarity with the design and operational processes of all plant machinery.
- Support Plant supervisors and electricians in various repair and maintenance activities.
- With proven capabilities, this role may evolve to include loading trains, troubleshooting plant issues, and operating heavy equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to operate with minimal supervision.
- Previous experience in plant operations or heavy maintenance is highly desirable.
- Proven commitment to safety through past performance.
Reporting Structure: This position will report directly to the Plant Foreman.
