Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical Seniors in Oro Valley, AZ. As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Medical Directors to provide high-quality, comprehensive care to our geriatric patient population. You'll be part of a dynamic, value-based care environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class primary care in an outpatient setting, leveraging our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan care and maximize impact on the population.
  • Partner with our care team and leverage our integrated behavioral health models to engage patients in care and drive behavior change.
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art practice setting, designed for a team-based practice model, to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to drive practice innovation and improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
  • Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Arizona.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with team members and patients.
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine required.
