Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
  • Supervise and train a team of maintenance technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively
  • Collaborate with plant management to identify and prioritize maintenance projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services
  • Monitor and control energy usage and implement cost-saving initiatives to reduce waste and improve efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
