Position Overview:

The Culinary Team Member is responsible for preparing and presenting menu items in accordance with our high standards of sanitation, health, and personal hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all menu items are prepared and plated according to specifications.
  • Follow established cooking procedures and maintain knowledge of menu items.
  • Keep the kitchen station stocked and organized.
  • Conduct temperature checks before and after peak service times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.

Performance Metrics:

  • Maintain ticket times of 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality and presentation.
  • Timely handling of re-cooks and maintaining a clean station.

Required Qualifications:

We value both on-the-job experience and formal education. A minimum of 1-2 years in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred, with prior cooking experience being advantageous.
