Responsibilities

As a Hubspot Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading operational projects, managing work pipelines, and communicating with leadership and clients. You'll also analyze and document current and future-state workflow processes and system configuration, and recommend strategies for optimal integration of systems.

  • Lead Operational Projects: You'll oversee the design, delivery, management, and support of operational projects, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Manage Work Pipelines: You'll manage work pipelines within and across multiple concurrent clients, optimizing usage of internal resources and work around bandwidth constraints.
  • Communicate with Leadership and Clients: You'll regularly communicate with leadership to coordinate project schedules and maintain work progress, and with clients to ensure satisfaction and success.
Requirements

We're looking for a motivated, educated, goal-oriented professional with a strong understanding of Hubspot and revenue operations. If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you

  • Proficient Computer Knowledge: You'll have a strong understanding of MS Office Suite and Hubspot.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Ambitious and Self-Starter: You'll be a motivated, goal-oriented professional with a passion for Hubspot and revenue operations.
  • 3-5 Years of Experience: You'll have 3-5 years of experience in Hubspot revenue operations or a related field.
