We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team at our Rossford, OH facility. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality automotive glass products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment to assemble and finish glass products
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet our high standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
