Responsibilities:
Oversee and facilitate the production process flow. Assist in the training of plant personnel. Promote overall morale and safety at the facility. Report operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues as they occur. Support production data entry and review reports. Assist in inventory management. Collaborate with Production Management to address team member concerns. Perform other assigned tasks as needed. QualificationsWhat we seek:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent is required Two-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training preferred Valid driver's license and a safe driving record is required Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Capability to lift up to 60 lbs. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations Proficient in effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries. Basic math skills Strong verbal and written communication skills
