This is an intensive Night Watch position requiring a peaceful, calm demeanor despite potentially tumultuous circumstances. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth or young adults in the behavioral health field.

About the Role
  • Provide guidance and support to adolescents struggling with severe mental health issues
  • Assist with medication administration and charting observations and interactions
  • Communicate closely with program staff and leadership
  • Maintain firm boundaries with dysregulated students
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to handle constructive feedback
  • Tolerance for a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • Experience as a Mentor/Resident Advisor
