Youth Mentor Advisor Position

Time commitment: 24-29 hours per week

Starting Wage: $22.00 per hour

About the Job

We are looking for a highly qualified Youth Mentor Advisor to join our team at Telos. As a Night Watch Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting adolescents struggling with severe mental health issues.

About the Role
  • Develop strong relationships of influence with adolescents while maintaining firm boundaries
  • Assist with conflict resolution and supervise dysregulated students
  • Chart observations and interactions to the clinical chart
  • Utilize consultant pattern and relationship continuum
Requirements
  • Exceptional relationship skills and genuine care and concern for others
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations and circumstances
  • Tolerance for a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
  • Experience working with youth or young adults in the behavioral health field
