Position Overview:
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for assembling various types of hermetic seals in accordance with established production standards, while also engaging in a variety of tasks that support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a range of tasks, including the assembly of components, ensuring adherence to quality standards at all times.
- Provide constructive feedback and implement corrective measures when conditions hinder the achievement of quality, performance, and production benchmarks.
- Carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal oversight.
- Achieve proficiency in maintaining quality and production standards within a specific job function for which you have received training.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors or management.
Requirements for Consideration:
- High school diploma preferred, but not mandatory.
- Basic mathematical skills and the ability to read and write in English are advantageous.
- Good vision (natural or corrected) and excellent manual dexterity in both hands.
- Familiarity with operating tools and equipment essential for consistently delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to repeatedly lift objects weighing between 5 to 10 lbs., and occasionally up to 20 lbs.
- Willingness to stand, walk, and bend repeatedly.
- Capability to perform in a production environment with challenging conditions, such as elevated noise levels and dust.
- Availability for overtime work, including weekends, as needed.
- Participation in training sessions as required to meet job-related standards.
- Engagement in cross-training initiatives to gain additional skills and knowledge for career advancement.

- Demonstrate confidence and a desire for professional growth.
- Possess a strong work ethic, along with superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
