Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Food Production Worker to join our team at a leading food manufacturing company in Fullerton, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect products coming out of the cooling tunnel to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Bag products on the manual packing machine with precision and efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized packing room environment
  • Clean and operate machines, including the bag sealer, mixer, chopper, and grinder
  • Move product bags and palletize products for storage
  • Operate the pallet jack and forklift to transport materials
  • Perform other duties as required to support the production process
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience on a production line or in a food manufacturing setting is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and potentially loud environment
  • Physical stamina to endure extreme temperature changes and manual labor
Work Environment

This is a temp-to-hire position with a competitive pay rate of $19.40 per hour. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
