Position Overview:

Our Technicians collaborate closely with our production manager and clients, which opens up significant opportunities for growth in both salary and leadership roles. Technicians typically work Monday through Thursday from 7 am to 5 pm throughout the year. They are responsible for assessing and treating client properties with fertilizers, weed control, and grub control. We invest in training and development to help you refine your skills. The ideal candidate is someone who pays attention to detail and strives for perfection. They should be comfortable working independently, driving to client locations, communicating effectively with customers, and managing lawn treatments. Technicians must be adept problem solvers and work efficiently to qualify for weekly bonuses.
