Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
As a Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Fostering strong relationships with clients through companionship and empathetic care.
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $16.00-17.50/hr - weekly pay & direct deposit
- $500 caregiver new hire bonus**
- $700 caregiver referral program*
- Opportunity to earn an additional $2/hour*

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply)
- Ability to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements
- Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android
Work Schedule
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs, including:
- Full-time, part-time
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends
