Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Care Professionals to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and companionship.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other household tasks as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Requirements
