Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Take-out Server/To-Go Server to join our team at Uncle Julio's Restaurant Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and packaging take-out orders, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking their orders, and preparing their take-out meals according to their specifications.
  • Packaging take-out orders accurately, neatly, and in a timely manner.
  • Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before handing them over to guests.
  • Process payment transactions for take-out orders.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the take-out area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and accurate delivery of take-out orders.
  • Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards are met and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions and concerns, and addressing customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Friendly and personable attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction from the server team.
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Prior restaurant experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be willing to stand on your feet for long periods of time.
  • Varying schedule that includes weekends and most holidays.
