Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION as a Physician (Endocrinologist) in our esteemed medical team. As an Endocrinologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with hormonal imbalances, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, and other endocrine-related conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid conditions, and other hormone-related issues.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to manage patients' hormonal imbalances and improve their overall health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in endocrinology to provide the best possible care to patients.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of a residency program in endocrinology or a related field.
  • Board certification in endocrinology or a related field.
  • Current licensure to practice medicine in the state where the position is located.
