Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, taking into account global time zones.
- Support the pre-boarding and onboarding processes by working closely with the Talent Acquisition Recruitment team, P&O Business Partners, hiring managers, and new hires.
- Ensure I-9 completion on time, either in person or remotely, and interact with candidates, recruiters, HR, and hiring managers to resolve questions and challenges.
- Provide first-level applicant tracking system support, process employee referrals, and submit travel expense reimbursement requests for external candidates.
- Partner with Global Mobility to process visa and green card requisitions and J1 International Interns.
- Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience and education.
- Two+ years of work experience in recruitment, HR, or customer service, with internships and SHRM certification also considered.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a sound sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.
- Organized with high-level attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-up, while managing sensitive information.
- Solid time management skills and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable working in a team environment, with strong communication skills (verbal and written) and MS Office Suite proficiency.
- Experience with ATS management and background check process.
- Familiarity with I-9 documentation/E-Verify and knowledge of Global Data Privacy Regulations (GDPR).
- SHRM/HRCI/AIRS Certification(s) preferred.
