Position Overview:

MultiCare Health System is on the lookout for a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our expanding Neonatal Follow-Up Program. The ideal candidate will possess experience in NICU care, primary care, and/or neurodevelopmental care.

The Neonatal Follow-Up Nurse Practitioner collaborates as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical support services for pediatric medical programs throughout MultiCare and engaging with primary care practices.

Collaboration is essential with Mary Bridge Providers and Staff. Work situations are routine yet demand analysis, sound judgment, decision-making, and diplomacy.

Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner program, with a master's or doctoral degree preferred.
- Training and/or experience in diagnosing and treating pediatric patients with a history of perinatal concerns, including prematurity, genetic syndromes, and congenital conditions.
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment.
- Board certified by the time of employment.
- Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
