The Role

We're seeking a Senior Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - Surgical Services to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to manage a mix of patients in ENT and General Surgery, working in a busy group of ENT Physicians and General Surgeons. You'll see acute patients with non-surgical conditions and pre/post-op patients, enjoying a great work/life balance with no weekends, evenings, or call.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and excellent patient outcomes
  • Participate in educational programs and training, staying up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and guidelines
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care

Requirements

  • Washington State Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license by the time of employment
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
  • DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority

About the Opportunity

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The estimated salary range for this position is $130,461.00 - $176,947.00 USD per year.
