Warehouse Associate

AERO Logistics, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods within our facility.

• Process and document incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Inspect products for damages and document properly.
• Ensure compliance with established safety procedures and protocols.
• Load and unload trucks, and operate special loading-related equipment as needed.
• Secure cargo for transport using load locks, dunnage bags, ropes, blocks, chains, etc.
• Inventory and inspect goods to be moved, defining quantities, conditions, and damage.
• Organize and store received items in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate records of orders and delivery details.
• Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping all areas organized and free of clutter and debris.

• Minimum of two (2) years' Warehouse experience.
• Reliable transportation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and paperwork management skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• At least two (2) years' experience as a sit-down forklift operator, preferred.
• Ability to work Thursday through Monday with Tuesday & Wednesday off.
• Clean background.
• Able to follow quality service standards and procedures.
• Safety-conscious with the ability to work independently.
• Must be alert and able to quickly squat, twist, and bend on a continuous basis.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry or lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to thrive in a team environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
