Position Overview:
The Field Assembly Technician - Installation Services plays a crucial role in the on-site assembly of our pre-fabricated enclosure structures utilizing a variety of tools and equipment.

Travel Requirements:
This role necessitates extensive overnight travel across the United States using company-provided transportation. Valid identification for air travel is mandatory in compliance with TSA regulations.

Supervisory Duties:
None

Key Responsibilities:
1. Interpret and adhere to diverse blueprints, diagrams, and operational instructions to successfully complete the assembly of enclosure structures.
2. Assemble and install electrical components, including panel boards, HVAC systems, battery units, and other electrical devices, while utilizing various power and hand tools (e.g., drills, impacts, screwdrivers, grinders).
3. Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure assembled products meet established specifications and quality benchmarks.
4. Identify and document any product defects, reporting them as necessary.
5. Manage and maintain inventory of essential materials for each project.
6. Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to execute tasks accurately.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, equipment upkeep, and safety protocols.
- Proficient reading comprehension skills to interpret written instructions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
- Basic mathematical skills to meet technical specifications and measurements.
- Fundamental understanding of tools (e.g., tape measure, impact drill).

Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience in wiring and installation of electrical control panels or mechanical assembly is preferred.
- Background in a manufacturing or construction setting is advantageous.
- OSHA 10 Construction Certification is preferred or must be obtained within the first month of employment.
- A valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check to operate company vehicles.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to navigate all areas of the job site in various weather conditions, which may involve walking, climbing, reaching, bending, crawling, or stretching.
- Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds at a time.
- Manual dexterity is essential for assembling products or machinery as directed.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination is required.
- Ability to distinguish between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and ear protection must be worn while working on the production floor.

Compensation:
$20.00 - $22.50 per hour.
