Senior Building Enclosure Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
Providing expert testing and advisory services for the built environment, conducting property condition evaluations, specialized assessments, building enclosure consultancy, forensic investigation analysis, and designing repair solutions for existing structures, along with various facilities-related services.
Demonstrating accountability, organization, dependability, effective time management, and self-initiative.
Preparing comprehensive reports and proposals.
Supervising field operations and report generation.
Maintaining and enhancing a client database.
Managing project budgets and preparing invoices.
Mentoring junior staff members.
Conducting reviews, coaching, and training as necessary.
Ensuring appropriate staffing levels are maintained.
Promoting a safe working environment and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture accredited by NAAB, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering accredited by ABET, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited institution.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in building facilities consulting is required.
In lieu of formal education, 8 years of experience as an ECS Facilities Associate III, or an equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education is necessary. A minimum of 16 years of experience managing structural or building enclosure projects, along with providing assessments and forensic services for the built environment, is essential.
