About the Role

Lands' End is a leading provider of high-quality school uniforms, and we're seeking a skilled Art Consultant to join our team. As an Art Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing creative solutions to our School Uniform customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, customer-centric service to each client, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to customer inquiries, staying within established business practices and guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and drive sales growth.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their product usage, identify new sales opportunities, and determine logo requirements.
• Recognize sales opportunities and anticipate customer needs through active listening and effective communication.
• Collaborate with the Sales/Sales Ops team and other Lands' End departments to deliver high-quality digitized embroidery or other decoration solutions.
• Assist customers in revising existing logos and creating new logo set-ups, providing expert guidance throughout the process.
• Maintain a flexible and adaptable approach, switching between tasks as needed to meet customer needs.
• Stay focused and composed, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Embody the Lands' End Principles of Doing Business, demonstrating a strong understanding and commitment to our values.
• Establish trust and rapport with potential clients, creating a positive and engaging experience.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience or strong aptitude to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.
• Strong desire to serve customers and deliver exceptional results.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, genuinely enjoying working with people.
• Proficient in PC skills, including Excel, Word, or similar packages.
• Proven initiative-taker, able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent prioritization, multi-tasking, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• High level of ethics and self-reporting, with a strong commitment to integrity and transparency.
• Knowledge of key business organizations and their affiliations is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of textiles, product construction, performance, and function, color coordination, and fashion is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the uniform industry's products and services is also beneficial.
