About the Job

Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join their team for a travel assignment in Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced MRI Technologist to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in magnetic resonance imaging and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any emergencies that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and imaging results
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification in MRI
  • State license to practice as a Radiology Technologist in Texas
  • Experience working with Siemens and GE MRI equipment
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
