Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic, creative, and enthusiastic fitness advocates to join the Equinox team, reporting to the Personal Trainer Manager and MNR Manager. If you possess a strong drive for success and a desire to motivate others, we look forward to discussing your potential role with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all members through warm greetings and active engagement.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized fitness floor, ensuring it is free from clutter and that equipment is returned to its designated places.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly positioned within the club environment.
  • Engage with members by distributing towels every 30 minutes in cardio, weight, and stretching areas.
  • Encourage member participation in Floor Trainer Special Events.
  • Attend monthly forums and personal trainer workshops for ongoing development.
Qualifications
  • Understanding of fitness principles and proper exercise techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proven capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and a willingness to learn.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness.
Availability

We are currently looking for individuals who can commit to at least 3-4 of the following shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8am-12pm, 6pm-10pm
  • Friday: 4-8pm
  • Saturday-Sunday: 8am-12pm, 3pm-7pm
