Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Project Coordinator to support our Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating pre-production tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee lab dip approvals and bulk fabric/trim/wash approvals
- Track pre-production/TOP samples and maintain the WIP report
- Issue and actualize cut tickets in Full Circle and move steps from cutting to finishing
- Prepare shrinkage reports for fabric testing (blankets) and assist with fabric POs
- Review and approve strike offs for knit fabrics and generate the ATS report for planning
- Perform data entry and scan Mola invoices to AP
Requirements:
- Familiarity with G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
