Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Research Medical Center. As an ER RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess and prioritize incoming patients, providing timely and effective care
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, stabilize patients, and provide direct nursing care
- Supervise non-licensed nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies
- Provide patient education, follow-up care instructions, and make necessary referrals
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current state licensure required
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- BLS and ALS certification required and maintained
- EPNC (or PALS) required and TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) required within one year of hire
