Job Title: Telehealth Provisional LMHP, PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, CSW

Job Summary:

HCO Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Telehealth Provisional Licensed Mental Health Professional (PLMHP) to join our team. As a remote mental health professional, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality outpatient mental and behavioral health services to clients aged 6 and up.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring a high standard of care for clients.
  • Perform initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and collaborate with them to develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Foster a supportive and therapeutic relationship with clients, maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards.
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and any required paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, agencies, and resources to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.
  • Commit to completing all required paperwork for provisional licensure and credentialing in the state of Louisiana within 30-45 days from the date of acceptance.
  • Actively participate in supervision sessions, training programs, and other opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Current provisional licensure as a PLPC, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in the state of Louisiana.
  • Experience working with clients of various ages, with a focus on children and adolescents.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
  • Proficient in using telehealth platforms for counseling services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum commitment of hours per week.
  • Access to a private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Willingness to complete provisional licensure and credentialing paperwork within the specified timeframe.
