Job Overview

This position requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based therapy techniques to address speech, language, and swallowing disorders effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine speech and language needs.
  • Develop tailored treatment plans to meet individual client goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
