About Our Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Speech Development Specialist to join our team at One Therapy Network.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatrics and be passionate about helping children develop strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess the speech and language development of children in our care.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to support the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other therapists to ensure comprehensive and effective treatment.
  • Build strong relationships with children and their families, providing empathetic and supportive care.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in speech development and therapy.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children is preferred, but not required.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth is essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.

In addition to a generous salary, we also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
