Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider Manager

Hematology Oncology Associates of Central New York is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Advanced Practice Providers, ensuring seamless patient care, and driving quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise Advanced Practice Providers, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, social workers, and dieticians
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with the CEO and CCO to oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and develop individual performance goals for Advanced Practice Providers
  • Identify and resolve operational problems, develop alternative methods for work improvement, and implement changes as needed
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including OMH, QOPI, MIPS, and process improvement
Requirements:
  • Graduate of NP/PA program with current NYS licensure
  • MS degree in related field or AOCNP certification preferred
  • 2 years of NP/PA oncology experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management skills
