As a Principal Bridge Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and leading bridge design projects, as well as contributing to the development of our company's strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design, planning, and project delivery to create an excellent client experience.
- Contribute towards the development of our company's strategy that focuses on providing best-in-class client service.
- Collaborate on project pursuits, proposals, scope, and schedules.
- Lead multi-discipline design efforts, including geotechnical, roadway, permitting, and others.
- Provide quality assurance review of project-related documentation.
- Coach and mentor staff across all career levels.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- P.E. registration in PA, or ability to be registered with reciprocity.
- 15+ years of proven success assembling plans sets, and leading design-build and design-bid-build projects.
- Prior proposal development and client relationship success.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.
- Proficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D, and bridge design software.
- Demonstrated communication and team leadership skills.
