Key Responsibilities
  • Assess nutritional status and develop personalized care plans for patients
  • Collaborate with medical staff, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to patients and their families
  • Develop and implement nutrition care plans to meet the unique needs of pediatric patients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and evidence-based practices in clinical nutrition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
  • 1 year of experience in clinical nutrition or a related field
  • Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
  • Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) certification in Pennsylvania
