Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sample Associate to join our team at Architectural Surfaces Group. As a key member of our sample department, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality marketing boards, managing inventory, and ensuring timely shipping.

Key Responsibilities
  • Tile Marketing Board Creation: Assemble and arrange tiles onto display boards, adhering to aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory levels of tiles and related materials, ensuring supplies are always available for production needs.
  • Material Ordering: Place orders for tiles, adhesive, backing boards, and other necessary materials to maintain uninterrupted operations.
  • Database Management: Enter and update data related to inventory, orders, and sample production in our database system, maintaining accurate records.
  • Shipping Coordination: Prepare and package finished marketing boards for shipment, ensuring products are securely packed and shipped according to schedule.

  • Education and Experience:
    • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • One Year of Customer Service experience is preferred.
