Certified Nurse Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at The Highlands at Owasso, providing exceptional care to our residents.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience and qualifications
Job SummaryThis CNA position involves working with residents to maintain, improve, and enhance their quality of care and quality of life. Responsibilities include providing resident care as assigned in a timely and accurate manner, attending and participating in facility in-service programs, and practicing good infection control techniques.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively with residents, families, and other staff members, and have the ability to respond promptly to resident requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as feeding and toileting
- Respond promptly to resident calls and requests for assistance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
To be considered for this role, applicants must have completed an approved training program and passed competency examinations for Certified Nurse Assistant. A strong desire to provide exceptional care to seniors and a positive attitude are essential.
