Key Responsibilities
  • Lifecycle Management: Develop and execute multi-year equipment plans, utilize advanced automated planning tools, and participate in strategic planning.
  • Supply Management: Provide full logistics and supply chain support, implement and monitor automated inventory management systems, and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of employees, making recommendations for promotions, reassignments, and awards, as well as conducting performance reviews and providing coaching and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-9 level, or a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and systems, as well as experience with budgeting and financial management.
