Job Description

H2 Performance Consulting, a leading provider of performance consulting services, is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist II to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) Code 20 Land Based Test Site Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess & Authorize (A&A)/Risk Management Framework (RMF) Package Preparation And Documentation
    • Conduct thorough assessments of IT and Control systems to ensure compliance with IACs.
    • Prepare and document RMF packages, including control system CT&E tasking, vulnerability asset management, remediation, and cybersecurity documentation.
  • Cybersecurity Support
    • Provide ISSE support across all IT and Control systems fielded at NSWCPD Land Based Test Sites.
    • Conduct ACAS scans, address system vulnerabilities, and participate in system validation testing.
    • Remediate deficiencies by executing remediation methods.
    • Develop and maintain cybersecurity documentation, including architecture diagrams, software design requirements, network diagrams, and vulnerability assessments.
    • Provide desktop administrative support, including configuration management, troubleshooting user-problems, and installation of new products and improvements.
    • Support server administration, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, resolving, and executing backup of Linux and Windows Servers/workstations, VMWare, Hyper-V, SANs, and databases.
  • Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or HS equivalency certificate.
    • Minimum two (2) years of cybersecurity experience in eMASS and ACAS or Nessus.
    • One (1) of the following IAT II level CSWF baseline certifications: Cisco CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+ (CE), CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst+, SSCP, GICSP, GSEC, CND.
  • Clearance Requirements
    • Active Secret security clearance at the time of application.
