Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Help residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.

Requirements
