Job Summary

Hudson Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our endoscopy department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review patient charts and assess pre-procedure needs
  • Prioritize workload and prepare for procedures
  • Modify planned care based on assessment and unanticipated occurrences
  • Respond to emergency situations and complete required documentation
  • Assist with bedside and interventional radiological procedures
  • Responsible for post-procedure cleaning and transport of endoscope(s)
  • Adapt to varied patient populations and identify concomitant health and social needs
  • Compliant with Sharing Network
Requirements
  • Graduate of Registered Nursing Diploma School or ADN/BSN preferred
  • Current New Jersey Nursing License
  • 1 to 2 years experience preferred
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS Certification Preferred - AHA approved
  • CGRN - Certified Gastroenterology Registered Nurse preferred
