Administrative Assistant

Husqvarna Construction Products is a leading manufacturer of construction equipment and stone processing tools. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing visitor logs, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and possess a high level of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, notify relevant employees, and direct them accordingly.
- Validate visitors, monitor the log book, and issue badges as needed.
- Communicate planned visitors and events daily.
- Clean and maintain the coffee machine and supplies.
- Set up catering for training events.
- Print, sort, and mail customer invoices.
- Maintain office supplies and distribute mail.
Requirements:
- Solid knowledge of phone systems (Genessys a plus).
- Proficiency in CRM (Dynamics a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
