We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Member Consultant II to join our team at BECU. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences and driving sales growth through our consumer lending and deposit services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to our members, utilizing your in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
  • Sign all loan documents and ensure each member's needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with members, identifying opportunities to deepen and retain their business.
  • Process business loan applications and conduct thorough consumer loan interviews, ensuring all members receive prompt and professional service.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales-oriented, financial, or retail environment.
  • Thorough understanding of the sales process and ability to manage a sales pipeline efficiently.
  • Ability to comply with SAFE Act legislation and register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO).
