Job Summary

The Store Support Teammate plays a vital role in delivering exceptional Guest experiences and supporting store operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including sales support, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and engaging service to Guests, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to complete Guest transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions, as well as policies regarding payment and exchanges.
  • Monitor and report security risks and thefts, and take steps to prevent or handle these situations.
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, such as preparing displays, organizing fixtures and shelving, and completing price markdowns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to Buckle's high standards for Guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • No prior experience or training required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Physical ability to lift and maneuver 30 lbs throughout the store and backroom.
