Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at SBM Management Services. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Conduct surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, and metal/wood polishing to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Replace light bulbs and restock supply cabinets/rooms to ensure a well-maintained facility.
