Custodian Job Description

At SBM Management Services, we are seeking a skilled Custodian to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform floor care, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
  • Conduct surface care, including dusting, sanitizing, and polishing metal and wood surfaces
  • Empty trash and recycle bins, and transport waste to designated disposal areas
