Internal Communications Leader, Guy Carpenter

The Guy Carpenter Internal Communications Leader is responsible for developing, driving, and executing a multi-channel internal communications strategy across Guy Carpenter. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's business objectives and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage internal communications strategies to support Guy Carpenter business priorities.
  • Ensure consistent tone, messaging, and content across channels and audiences.
  • Develop high-quality content that is engaging and informative.
  • Determine the most appropriate channels for distributing content to ensure maximum reach and impact.
  • Provide management and training to internal communications manager.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in clear and understandable formats.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Change management experience.
