Key Responsibilities- Enter data into Client & Rate databases, new client & assignment information, and matter closures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review and revise database records as identified during the quality control process to ensure data integrity.
- Assist Practice Management Specialists in sending email reminders to attorneys consistent with client requirements upon initial client rate and case assignment.
- Support Practice Management Specialists in sending follow-up emails to attorneys as needed, consistent with client requirements and department leadership rate inquiries.
- Conduct research across Firm systems to locate information needed to update and augment database records and iManage Practice Management Client and Rate cabinets at the direction of the Department Manager.
- Perform database queries as needed and export data to Excel for analysis and distribution.
- Maintain the integrity of iManage Practice Management Client & Rate cabinet.
- Assist with administrative duties associated with rate increases and alternative fee arrangements.
- Experience with Microsoft suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in database software and case management.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Familiarity with data aggregation and various financial analyses is a plus.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
