Fleet Maintenance Coordinator

Maintain a coordinator role for the Fleet Maintenance Center (FMC) department, ensuring alignment with company vision, mission, and expectations. Perform day-to-day incident coordination activities and functions as defined within identified responsibilities. Provide support for Cooling Concepts Branches, vendors, and customers to facilitate profitable growth and development of FMC.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure employee health and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Communicate and model compliance with company Core Values and policies, incorporating them into performance plans, coaching, and corrective action.
- Assist customers with OTR breakdown incidents from initial call to completion, maintaining professionalism and courtesy in accordance with Cooling Concepts standards.
- Coordinate incidents thoroughly, ensuring proper notes and data entry into the FMC system for easy identification of incident details.
- Locate and assign a preferred vendor to each incident, utilizing the vendor network search engine, and ensure proper communication with the vendor until the incident is resolved.
- Communicate periodic incident updates to customers throughout the duration of the OTR incident, ensuring awareness of all incident details.
- Utilize OTR incident tracking tools to properly track each incident and retrieve invoices from vendors, ensuring all data on the invoice is correct.
- Handle conflicts professionally, reporting them to the FMC Manager for proper follow-up.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute weekly and monthly FMC performance reports as determined by the FMC Manager.
- Monitor and communicate alarms to customers as they present in iBright, coordinating service for the unit if necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Good understanding of maintenance practices and procedures within the industry.
- Experience in managing and working with vendors.
- Refrigerated Trailer Experience is preferred.
- The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, listen, sit, use hands, and fingers.
- The employee is required to stand, walk, and occasionally reach with hands and arms.
- The employee is required to lift no more than 40 pounds.
- Onsite office environment.
