Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Integrity Specialist II to join our team. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining data integrity programs across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain data integrity programs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of data.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of applicable data integrity quality and regulatory requirements, including 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Identify data integrity compliance risks and gaps across the organization, communicate those risks to management, and develop effective solutions to address them.
  • Coordinate data quality, security, and maintenance activities to ensure compliant data supports business processes.
  • Create data process mapping and risk reduction efforts for data owners and Quality representatives.
  • Define data elements and establish policies and procedures related to data collection and accuracy, and perform tests and audits on data systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in data integrity, quality assurance, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of data integrity principles, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
