Clinical Care Expert

At BrightSpring Health Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a warm and serene environment. Our Clinical Specialists play a vital role in ensuring timely patient care by processing workflow and documenting compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides clinical expertise in nursing management, documentation, and care planning
- Processes start of care workflow once start of care visit has been completed
- Participates in IDG and reviews visits plotted on SOC or Re-cert visit and adjusts as necessary
- Maintains orders in HCHB and manages admissions, deaths, discharges, and assists with these to ensure proper documentation
- Assists in data collection for compliance, quality assurance, implementation of nursing policies and procedures, and staff development as assigned
- Upholds effective communication with referral sources to ensure smooth transition of admissions
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Nursing with current license
- Three years' practice as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Hospice experience preferred
- Knowledge of the Hospice Philosophy of Care
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software programs
Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
